“Hampton Forest is wonderfully central. It only takes 15 minutes to get anywhere I could think of going: Irmo, the Northeast, or downtown. My favorite thing about the neighborhood is the atmosphere. It’s something about walking down my street and seeing my neighbors and really feeling like I'm at home in my neighborhood.. It feels very safe and very friendly. I come home from the stress of a day at work to a nice atmosphere. Buying my townhome was very easy. I’ve never owned a house before or experienced the American housing market. I received a lot of help from Hallmark’s sales agent. Buying my home was such a smooth process, not hard like I thought it would be.”

“We like to walk and here you have green spaces and sidewalks. Unless you live in Shandon or downtown it’s hard to find that. I like the small community feel and the homeowner’s covenants. Some subdivisions are very large but Pennington Place isn’t. Our Hallmark sales agent was a tremendous assistance to us. She really went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us. It is one of the virtues of this community that it appeals both to retirees and to professionals. We enjoy having that feeling. It’s diverse. It’s very accessible and very convenient.”
